Project Controls
Robust, reliable controls that tell you where the project actually is, what is coming, and what to do about it. They are also the foundation our advanced project intelligence is built on.
Overview
Overview
We provide integrated schedule, risk and cost management on major programmes, from planning and scheduling in P6 through cost, change and earned value to executive reporting in Power BI.
Our controls practitioners work inside your team. We challenge constructively, report openly and help fix what is not working, so that the numbers leadership sees can be trusted.
That work is increasingly supported by advanced analytics and AI-enabled project intelligence, always validated by experienced practitioners before it reaches a decision-maker.

Common questions.
Do you work in Primavera P6?
Yes. Planning and scheduling, including P6, is at the core of our project controls service.
Do you provide earned value management?
Yes. Earned value sits within our integrated controls service alongside cost, risk and change. On a £1.2bn nuclear encapsulation plant we established credible change and performance reporting, including earned value calculations and cost and programme analysis.
Can you build Power BI reporting for our programme?
Yes. We have built interactive Power BI dashboards drawing on multiple data sources to improve programme visibility, and integrated Power BI reporting to give executives a clear view of cost, schedule and risk performance.
Can you assure a schedule someone else has built?
Yes. Schedule assurance is one of our core controls services, and our schedule intelligence work can support it. Automated output informs professional schedule assurance; it does not replace it.
Do you run quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA)?
Yes. QSRA tests how likely a schedule is to be achieved given its risks and uncertainties. We implemented enhanced QSRA as part of a defence programme recovery.
