We have worked on a steam generation facility within a submarine enterprise programme, a naval base infrastructure framework and a royal dockyard infrastructure portfolio, covering programme recovery, PMO design, programme controls and business cases.

A steam generation facility within a submarine enterprise programme required restructure and recovery. As part of a Programme Improvement Team, we led commercial and supply chain intervention and established a lean, integrated project controls capability.
