Overview
We provided programme management and controls for the full-scale mock-up of a reactor primary system, spanning multiple suppliers and under strict innovation-funding reporting. It was delivered on time and below budget. On a £1.2bn encapsulation plant we supported delivery on the critical manufacturing work packages.
