Overview
We have reviewed EPC contract returns for a Gen3 deployment, led the technical evaluation of SMR vendors for a European utility planning a fleet of around 15 units, and provided programme controls for the full-scale mock-up of an Advanced Modular Reactor primary system, delivered on time and below budget.
Much of this work is international and at an early programme stage, when a defensible delivery model and a clear basis for decisions matter most.
