Overview
On a national infrastructure-scale hydrogen pipeline programme in FEED, we re-baselined a fully integrated programme and achieved a client-approved baseline within six weeks of engagement, capturing every cost and resource needed for the FEED phase and each DCO and consenting deliverable.
We were then engaged to support the domestic and industrial sub-programmes in preparation for the EPC phase.
